Can I wash my face immediately after using A.S.A.P! Micro Infusion System™?
For optimal results, it is best not to wash your face for 6 hours post treatment.
How much serum do I fill the A.S.A.P! Micro Infusion System™ with?
A drop or two is enough for the entire face.
What kind of products can I use?
Most serums and solutions can be used. Products of thicker consistencies, such as creams, will NOT work with A.S.A.P! Micro Infusion System™.
Is it recommended I lay down to perform treatment?
Yes. The vial must be perpendicular to the floor when performing the treatment to allow a constant flow of solutions into the applicator head.
Do I need to clean the treatment area prior to using A.S.A.P! Micro Infusion System™?
Yes. We recommend cleaning the treatment area with 70% isopropyl alcohol. Be sure to cleanse ALL areas that will come in contact with the applicator head.
Do I need to prime the A.S.A.P! Micro Infusion System™ to begin solution flow?
Yes. It is recommended that you gently tap and test the product flow on the back of hands first.
How long does one treatment take?
On average, 2-3 drops of serum in the A.S.A.P! Micro Infusion System™ will take about 5 minutes to cover the entire face.
Can I treat areas other than my face?
Yes. Areas you may treat include face, scalp, neck, decollete, back of hands, arms, and legs.
Can I reuse the A.S.A.P! Micro Infusion System™?
Yes. The A.S.A.P! Micro Infusion System™ house channels that are very delicate, therefore can only be used a maximum of 1cc before they become
ineffective. Please dispose after third use, or one week of opening, whichever comes sooner.
How do I clean the A.S.A.P! Micro Infusion System™ after use?
We encourage you to use a new A.S.A.P! Micro Infusion System™ per treatment. Because the micro channels are extremely delicate, they will become ineffective over repeated
use and will not have the same effect. However if you are spot treating, you may reuse the A.S.A.P! Micro Infusion System™ up to three times before disposing. To clean between each use,
rinse the applicator head with warm water. Let dry. Recap when applicator head is dry. Store for no more than 1 week and dispose.
Can I use the A.S.A.P! Micro Infusion System™ on areas of thicker skin, such as palms of hands, knees, and elbows?
Yes. However, if you would like to treat your face as well, it is recommended you treat your face first, then move on to areas of thicker skin.
Can I use ASAP to administer prescription drugs?
No, we do not recommend using prescription drugs with ASAP.
What is your shipping and returns policy?
Why does the product seem to come out too slowly?
The applicator head is closed too tight. Leave some breathing room when screwing on the applicator head to the vial and your serum will flow much better.
